Rebooting your computer is against the law

So apparently TorrentSpy "destroyed evidence" by not saving their server logs which reside in RAM instead of on their hard drive. By the way, this is standard practice to store your server logs in RAM on high usage servers due to the almost near impossibility of being able to save off that amount of data without bringing your server to a crawl.
